1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. While standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days depending on your location, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or seasonal logistics surges.

3. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if a package goes missing, please contact our support team immediately at merkooofficial@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
