Need to return an item? No problem. At MERKOO, we want to make sure your experience is completely stress-free. We offer a simple 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

3 Quick Steps to Process a Return:

  1. Contact Support: Email us directly at merkooofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Package the Item: Ensure the product is packed in its original boxes and tags. Items sent back damaged or missing pieces due to loose packing cannot be accepted.
  3. Ship It Back: Drop the package off at your closest shipping courier according to the instructions our team sends over to your email.

Important Note:

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer's address listed on the shipping box. Returns must be authorized by emailing our central address first.
