Once your order is processed and shipped out (usually within 1–3 business days), you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number to follow your delivery stage online.

Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

To ensure fast shipping times, our warehouse system processes orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at merkooofficial@gmail.com. Once a package is dispatched, we can no longer alter it.

Q3: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and local secure gateway checkout options available at our store's final billing page.

Q4: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience! Please take a clear photo of the damaged item along with its outer packaging and send it over to merkooofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund immediately.
